Rafael Museri
Rafael Museri has served as the Chief Executive Officer since he co-founded Selina in 2014. Prior to co- founding Selina, Mr. Museri co-founded Dekel Development Holdings S.A. (“Dekel”), an international real estate development company that buys, develops, manages, and sells real estate projects along the Pacific coast of Panama and in the old town of Panama City. Mr. Museri has served as a Managing Partner and Director of Dekel since 2008.
Daniel Rudasevski

DANIEL RUDASEVSKI
Daniel Rudasevski has served as the Chief Growth Officer since he co-founded Selina in 2014. Prior to co-founding Selina, Mr. Rudasevski co-founded Dekel and has served as a Managing Partner and Director of Dekel since 2008.
Barbara Zubiria
Chief Financial Officer
BARBARA ZUBIRIA
Barbara Zubiria has served as Selina’s Chief Financial Officer since January 2021. Before joining Selina, from 2015 to 2021, Mrs. Zubiria served as the Chief Financial Officer of Haya Real Estate SA, a portfolio company of Cerberus Capital Management. From 2011 to 2015, she was the Executive Vice President, Capital Markets and Investor Relations of Abengoa, S.A. and the Chief Accounting Officer and Head of Investor Relations of Telvent GIT, SA, from 2005 to 2011. Mrs. Zubiria started her career in public accounting, working as a financial auditor at KPMG LLP, Arthur Andersen, and, most recently, at Deloitte & Touche, where she last served as a Manager in the Capital Markets division. Mrs. Zubiria received her B.S. in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Accounting and Auditing from Florida International University. Mrs. Zubiria holds an inactive CPA license from the State of Florida. She also completed an executive management development program and corporate finance program at IESE Business School.

Rafael del Castillo
Rafael del Castillo joined Selina in January 2024 and serves as its Chief Revenue Officer. From 2019 to 2024, he was Chief Marketing & Development Officer of Valentin Hotel Group. From 2008 to 2019 Mr. Del Castillo held several positions in Expedia Group from hotel product team for Mexico and Caribbean Resort destinations to developing Expedia’s hotel product line in South America. Prior to that, he spent nine years working for Marriott International, Inc. in Europe and Mexico, where his last position was Director of Market Strategy for the Cancun Marriott Hotels. Mr. Del Castillol has a bachelor degree in Law from the University of Granada, Spain and a PDip in Arts Management from the University of Surrey, England.
Emilio Gracia

Emilio Gracia
Emilio Gracia joined Selina in November 2023 and serves as its Chief People Officer. From 2019 to 2023, Mr. Gracia served as VP of Culture & Human Resources at the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC). Prior to his role at WTTC, Mr. Gracia held key international leadership positions at renowned organizations such as Michael Kors, Christian Louboutin, and Value Retail, where he spearheaded strategic global HR initiatives and talent management programs to support business growth. Mr. Gracia holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Granada, Spain, and a BA (Hons) in Social Work from the University of Zaragoza, Spain. He is an accredited coach from Henley Business School in the United Kingdom and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Garrigues Business School, Madrid, Spain, as well as a Master’s degree in Health and Safety at Work from the Centre of Financial Studies, Madrid, Spain.
Jonathon Grech
Chief Legal Officer
JONATHON GRECH
Jonathon Grech joined Selina in December 2020 and serves as its Chief Legal Officer & Company Secretary.  From 2013 to 2020, he was Senior Vice President, Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc, a FTSE 250 listed hospitality and real estate company until it was taken private in 2019 (“Millennium”). Mr. Grech currently serves as a non-executive Director of Millennium, a position he has held since October 2019. Prior to Millennium, he held several positions with InterContinental Hotels Group plc from 2006 to 2013, most recently serving as the Senior Development Counsel, Europe. From 2004 to 2006, he was an associate attorney for Powell Goldstein LLP and from 2000 to 2001 he was a tax consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Grech earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and organizational studies from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctor from the Emory University School of Law.

Gadi Hassin
Gadi Hassin has served as Chief Operating Officer at Selina since September 2024 and previously served as Managing Partner of the APAC region since July 2020. During his tenure, Mr. Hassin has been responsible for significant regional expansion and operational excellence and now oversees the operational, commercial, and financial performance of Selina's hotel portfolio. Mr. Hassin has CLOSE to 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry across four continents and seven countries, including nearly two decades with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, The Ritz Carlton, and the Ovolo Group. Mr. Hassin holds a Bachelor's degree in foreign affairs and Social Sciences and a Master's Degree in foreign affairs, diplomacy, and international law from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Steven O'Hayon
Executive Vice President and Global Head of Strategy
Steven Ohayon

Steven O'Hayon has served as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Strategy at Selina since January 2022, and previously served as the Global Head of Business Development since July 2016. During his tenure at Selina, Mr. O'Hayon has been responsible for raising approximately $450 million in capital through various funding rounds and facilitating hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions. Mr. O'Hayon played a key role in Selina's merger with BOA Acquisition Corp., which resulted in Selina becoming a publicly traded company listed on the NASDAQ under the ticker SLNA. Before joining Selina, Mr. O'Hayon worked in Nomura's Latin American Investment Banking division and was a founding member of the Brazil practice from August 2012 to July 2016. Mr. O'Hayon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
